Last Monday, Michael, Uncle Chad and the boys went on a two day trip to the Ocean. They went to Bodega Bay, Fort Ross and visited tide pools. Fort Ross was closed but they still stopped by.
Michael found this great hotel (beats camping!!). There was a special winter sale, which explained why they could afford to stay in such luxury!!
The boys went crab fishing and explored the tide pools. They fed sea anemones, saw starfish and plenty other sea shellfish.
I think Aymeric talked about his trip for three days straight! He will be going back around there in April with his school for his overnight field trips to Westminster Woods.
The rest of the week paled compare to this trip! On Wednesday, Dennis came over for lunch and played with the kids in the afternoon. On Thursday, he was back in the morning to watch the boys while I was at work and Michael went to the doctor!
Friday was supposed to be a trip to the snow but a storm was announced so it was canceled. The kids went to Chuck E Cheese instead. I was home with Zoe and witnessed a hail storm and thunder storm.
The kids went to Grandma for the evening. Aymeric and Kilian spent the night but by 8:30, Zoe has to be picked up! She was crying so much she threw up!!
Michael and I went to the Noodle House for dinner and then went home so I could work on my professional development.
Tomorrow is our last day of 'vacation'. School starts again on Monday for Aymeric.
